Eddystone Farm Joint Venture is looking for self-motivated, reliable, organized, and flexible employees who have effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to join our growing team dedicated to the health and management of livestock and field crops.

There are many activities to do whether indoors or outdoors, special attractions nearby, opportunities to see many different wildlife, and a wonderful sense of community. We also truly believe that having a work/life balance is an important aspect of any healthy work environment, and one of the keys to having a happy and fulfilling life.

Duties will include (but are not limited to) –

• Calving, feeding, fencing, operate and maintain farm and heavy equipment for cattle, crops, and land development operations, seeding, and harvest.

Housing can be provided

Benefits package after 3 months of employment

While experience is an asset, no education or experience necessary as we provide on-the-job training
